I would like to apologize to everyone that requested
birth certificates and has not received one to date. Both of our desktop computers crashed sometime ago and all of our programs
and templates we use to make the certificates are in those computers. I have to purchase another Windows XP operating system
in order to get back in our computers. Unfortunately I am not sure when we will be able to purchase it, (hopefully soon)
